We did exactly that for these headbands. We tied up with Repreve, one of the worlds leading brand for regenerated yarns, for a polyester fabric regenerated from ocean bound plastic bottles.

Line-Dry Only. Don’t dry them in heat based dryer.
Cold-water wash only.
Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
Do not mix bright and light colours while washing.
